This training track affords "newbie" student-athletes the opportunity to learn about the genesis of cheer, motions, jumps, formations, ripples, facials, spirit, and more. Sign up today and be on your way to SPARKING that splash of passion, enough to start a FIRE.

This track is for student-athletes who are ready to take the field or stage but require ongoing training to sharpen and uplevel their presentation and performance skills. They are prepared to bring the HEAT that is bound to ignite FLAMES. They just want to have fun.

This track is for student-athletes who possess purpose, power, and passion--enough to stir up an INFERNO, a BLAZE-proving themselves to be ELITE TRAILBLAZERS who transcend the art and sport of competitive cheerleading.

To stunt or not to stunt is NOT a question! At CVB, our student-athletes will first learn safety precautions and mandates to stunt safely and learn basic, intermediate, difficult, and ELITE stunting techniques and skills. 

Simply put. A cheer routine without tumbling is bland and boring. At CVB, student-athletes will learn the basics to more challenging acrobats to posture our teams for success on every competition level.  

Desire to increase your strength, stamina, and cheer physique? Join us for a unique CVB conditioning session to train, transform, and transition your cheer readiness for a TRAILBLAZING journey. 

Not feeling confident about your abilities and skill level to put them on display? Consider private coaching to develop, enhance, and or master those areas you feel need more work, and learn new skills. You will be sure to have that BLAZE in time for your events.
